Dark Chocolate Cake

Original recipe makes 1 9×13-inch pan
|2 cups all-purpose flour
||2 cups white sugar
||1 cup cold brewed coffee
|2 teaspoons baking soda
||3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
|1/2 cup vegetable oil
||1 teaspoon baking powder
|1 cup milk
||2 teaspoons vinegar
|1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions (Preparation Method):
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
2. Take a large bowl; combine the cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the coffee, vinegar, milk, eggs, and oil. You should mix until it gets smoother and the batter will be thin. After that, pour the batter into the prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Later, give it some time to cool.
